Special Exhibit

Please join me at Cottage Row Framing and Gallery,
Fish Creek, WI for the opening of my exhibit of
new paintings of Italy, a Danube cruise, other travels and of course,
Door County. The unsold works in the exhibit will remain up, but I hope
to visit with you on the 14th of July, 2012.

This will be my fifth summer in this location
on Highway 42 south of Fish Creek. The gallery
is located in the red barn behind Orchard Country
and also the site of the Trolley Tours. The
gallery itself is a work of art! They carry
a full range of my limited edition and giclee
reproductions, notecards, and paintings, both
framed and matted. In addition, they carry
the work of other fine artists. Do stop by
when you are in Door County!
Moondeer & Friends Gallery, Boulder

This is a very large and colorful gallery full
of a variety of art, and well worth a stop.
The gallery is located in downtown Boulder
Junction – you can’t miss it! It
was designed to be a gallery space and is just
beautiful. I have both originals and prints
on display here, with both matted and framed
paintings.

The gallery is located at 1780 Allouez Avenue,
in Bellevue, actually, between Bellevue Street
and Lime Kiln Rd. (GV).
This is a fun place with a large variety of
original art, including framed and matted pieces
of mine. The gallery is open all year, and
closed on Mondays.

April 23-25, Janesville,
WI – A spring workshop in Janesville
and a return to L’Atelier, a colorful
and lively place for a workshop. I look forward
to painting with you here. The class is geared
for painters with a minimum of experience
to advanced painters, and will cover landscapes,
florals, and buildings with emphasis on creative

Art Center! It is open to all, but as usual,
some experience in watercolor is helpful.
Personalizing your work with color and creative

enjoying brushwork, and creating rich darks.

class, and it will feature ways to enhance
and personalize your subject. Bring your favorite
subject references to maximize the experience.
Bridget will demo a variety of subjects, including
Door County buildings and landscapes, nature
close-ups, and flowers. Fresh color, saving
whites, and negative painting will also be
covered. The school has an excellent studio
for painting, beautiful grounds, and is in
the center of the action in Door County. You
will find your own lodging, lunches may be
ordered at the art school, and class is 9-4.

“Watercolor Studio” is
designed for painters with some watercolor
experience. Paint all week at the Clearing, a unique Danish Folk School, feeling
free to work independently or to enjoy daily demos and challenges. Woodland
setting atop a bluff overlooking the bay, trails, quaint buildings, with comfortable
lodging and wonderful meals provided. This is always a special week, and a wonderful
time to enjoy fall color in Door County.
